Mvisualmedia

Websites for district heating and cooling companies.

A website your buyers understand at a glance: built for a fixed price, then maintained for a monthly fee. Start with a free inspection: you get a written report of what to fix, and I reply within two working days.

What would an inspection find on your website? Here are the most common problems I see on district heating and cooling websites, and how I fix them.

What a fix looks like: a product page opening, rewrittenFictional example

Before · written for engineers

Pre-insulated bonded pipe systems, DN 20–1000. PUR foam insulation, insulation series 1–3, steel service pipe to EN 253, max operating temperature 140 °C.

After · read by buyers

Lower heat losses for the whole life of your network. Pipe systems for new district heating networks and renovations, from service lines to transmission mains.

Full specifications one click away, where engineers look for them.

Why it works: a CFO, a municipality or an investor sees the benefit and where the product fits in the first sentence. The engineer can still find every specification.

Where energy-sector websites lose heat

A thermal camera shows where a building leaks energy. Read a company website the same way and the leaks are just as easy to see: attention pools in the wrong places, and the path to contact runs cold.

IR
Synthetic illustration: a typical company web page, scanned. Drag the line to compare. The spec blocks run hottest (Sp1), the contact button runs coldest (Sp2), the news strip has gone cold (Sp3) and the body text gives search nothing to hold on to (Sp4).
  1. Sp1

Written for engineers, read by buyers.

Specs and product sheets come first. The CFO, the municipality or the investor can't find the point in ten seconds.

RemedyLead with the outcome for the buyer. Keep the specs one click deep, where engineers look for them.

  2. Sp2

    The contact path runs cold.

A generic form at the bottom of a long page, and no clear next step anywhere above it.

RemedyOne obvious action on every page, visible without scrolling.

  3. Sp3

    Built once, never maintained.

Old news on the front page and broken links tell visitors the company has gone quiet.

RemedyMonthly care: updates, fixes and new content, handled for you.

  4. Sp4

    Hard to understand in search.

More buyers start their search with AI assistants. Pages without clear structure are harder for them, and for search engines, to read.

RemedyExplain your products, applications and buyer benefits plainly, with descriptive headings and useful technical detail.

Common patterns, not measured statistics.

Built from inside the sector

Mvisualmedia is me, Marcus Steensland: one person, and you deal with me directly. I work inside the district heating and cooling sector, building websites for an international industry network. The vocabulary is familiar before the first meeting.

For you that means less explaining, the right terms on your pages, and copy that works for engineers and buyers alike.

Questions buyers ask

Do you build websites for district heating and cooling companies?

Yes, that is what Mvisualmedia does. I build and maintain websites for district heating and cooling companies, and for energy and cleantech firms whose buyers are utilities, municipalities, investors and engineers. That includes technology suppliers, engineering and design consultancies and energy operators.

Do you work with companies outside Sweden?

Yes. Mvisualmedia is based in Sweden and works remotely, by email and video call, with companies in Sweden and elsewhere in Europe. Websites can be in English, Swedish or both.

What does the free website inspection include?

I go through your current website, your offer and who you sell to. You get a short written report in plain language on what works, where buyers may struggle and what to fix first. A short call is optional. The inspection is free and commits you to nothing, and I reply personally within two working days.

How is the work priced?

Your website is built for a fixed price, set in a written quote before any work starts. After launch, a monthly fee covers care of the site. The price depends on the size of the site, so you get the quote after the inspection.

What is included in monthly website care?

Hosting, monitoring and backups, plus included hours each month for changes and new content. Email me your requests and I handle them within those hours. You get a report monthly or quarterly, depending on the package, and the larger packages also cover how visible the site is in search.

Can you also set up our LinkedIn company page?

Yes, as part of your website project or as a standalone service. After a short interview, I write your company page copy, create a cover image to match your website, add your website link and draft your first three posts. Copy for one expert’s personal profile is available as an extra. You grant me temporary page admin access; I never need your password, and experts update their own profiles using the copy I provide. The service covers page setup and content, not ongoing LinkedIn management.

Will I own the website?

Yes. The website and its content are yours. The terms of the monthly care are set out in the quote, so you know them before you sign.

Who builds and maintains the website?

I do. Mvisualmedia is a one-person studio: me, Marcus Steensland. I handle your site personally from inspection to monthly care, and you deal with me directly. I work inside the district heating and cooling sector, building websites for an international industry network.

How do you make a website easier for search engines and AI assistants to understand?

Descriptive headings, plain explanations of what you sell and who it is for, technical detail where engineers expect it, fast pages, and structured data that describes your company. This makes your content easier for Google, and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, to interpret. Nobody can guarantee a ranking or an AI mention, and I won't promise one.

Where is your website losing heat?

The inspection is free. Send me your website and you get a written report of what to fix, plus a short call if you want one. I reply personally within two working days.
