Privacy
Short version: what you send through the form is used only to inspect your website, reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work. It is not sold, shared for marketing or used for tracking.
Who is responsible
Mvisualmedia, run by Marcus Steensland as a sole proprietorship in Sweden, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
What is collected
Only what you type into the form: your website address, company name and email. If we later work together and you fill in a client brief, it also includes your answers and any files you attach.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. A client brief may save your unfinished answers in your own browser until you send them; that copy never leaves your device.
Why, and on what basis
To inspect your website, send you the report, book a call if you want one and, if we agree to work together, prepare and deliver the website. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, and Mvisualmedia's legitimate interest in replying to enquiries it receives. If you fill in a client brief, you also give your consent there.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and receives the form.
- Resend delivers the form to Marcus by email. Resend is based in the United States.
- Google Workspace holds the email inbox where the message is kept.
These providers act on Mvisualmedia's behalf and may not use your data for their own purposes. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it relies on the safeguards in the providers' data processing terms.
How long it is kept
As long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no work follows, it is deleted within 12 months. If we work together, it is kept for as long as the assignment runs and as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and, where you have given consent, withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): imy.se.
